Location: Fort Worth, TX - Onsite
Job Schedule: Full-time
We are seeking a Move-In Coordinator to join our community who is committed to delivering outstanding service to our residents. As a Move-In Coordinator, you will impact the lives of our members and residents through coordinating move-in activities. Join our team and inspire happiness in the lives of others!
What You'll Do:
- Conduct community tours for future Members and other visitors.
- Complete, review, and obtain appropriate signatures and process admissions documents.
- Assist with outreach visits to area resources that will provide immediate and future sales for the community.
- Assist with special events for prospects, new members and community organizations on-site.
- Coordinate all activities related to move-ins including coordination of contractors and communication with residents.
- Manage projects with attention to detail to deliver expected results within given time frames.
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma (or G.E.D.) required.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or other related field of study required.
- Has a minimum of one (1) to three (3) years prior related experience in with hospital or retirement community admissions preferred.
- Prior related experience in public relations, sales or marketing preferred.
- Working knowledge of how to plan and implement move-in related projects.
- A friendly attitude and a servant's heart.
