We are an established, top-rated facial plastic surgery clinic providing outstanding patient experience. We are looking for an Office Manager with exceptional communication skills and proven leadership experience to join our team.
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative functions for our clinical practice and medical education training. We are looking for an energetic motivated individual able to maintain high standards of customer service, while ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a positive team environment, and driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and document office policies and procedures to streamline operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA and HIPAA
- Supervise office staff, assign tasks, and oversee work to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Administrative support for the physician
- Assist in daily administrative functions in coordination with the front office, including patient scheduling, intake, check-in and check-out.
- Coordinate procedures for office cleanliness, treatment room preparation, and overall office cleanliness and organization.
- Assist in clinical and office supply inventory management to ensure accuracy and availability of supplies.
- Lead regular one-on-one and team meetings to facilitate communication and smooth clinic operations.
- Coordinate in-office training for providers as necessary.
- Provide support to team members as needed, including handling patient issues.
- Manage clinic educational activities, including group and private training, communicating with the participants and providing support to the physicians and trainees.
- Oversee and assist with social media and internet marketing initiatives as necessary to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
- Vendor point management.
- Other duties as necessary
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
1-2 years of management experience required. Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, or medical spa preferred.
Must be punctual, reliable, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision, have excellent communications and conflict management skills, leadership ability, knowledge of regulations, financial principles, and human resource management techniques

Pay: $28.00 - $50.00 per hour
