Serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner. Provide an excellent experience for our guests.

Requirements
-Smile, have eye contact any greet guests immediately
-Take orders for and prepare beverage requests
- Clean/sanitize work area, utensils and equipment.
- Have complete knowledge of POV menu, as well as the hotel function spaces, guest rooms, outlets and services
- Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the POV Supervisor and/or Manager.
- Take every opportunity to amaze the guests using Customer Service Standards
- Handle special requests properly; anticipate guest’s needs
- Promptly respond and resolve guest complaints
- Be friendly, thorough, accurate and efficient in taking and preparing orders
- Use guests’ names
- Actively ask for feedback from guests
- Be knowledgeable and helpful about the local area.
Salary : $9 - $18
