Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, and catering services
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Hire, train, and manage staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and maintain budgets and financial reports
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Salary : $50,000 - $52,500
