POSITION OVERVIEW
Stellar is seeking an Asset Management Analyst (Analyst) to join their team in Lubbock, TX. The Analyst will work alongside the Director of Asset Management and will focus on all aspects of multifamily asset management. The Analyst will have the potential to grow into an Asset Manager position within one to two years.
The Analyst will support Stellar’s asset management department to directly oversee investment performance, execute business plans, analyze market trends, manage budgets, and ensure operational efficiency to maximize returns for investors, as well as provide accurate, informative, and efficient portfolio‐level reporting. The Analyst will also be exposed to other aspects of our business, such as development, acquisitions, construction, property management, and accounting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the proactive monitoring and management of the Stellar portfolio of 23 properties
- Produce and review performance against operational benchmarks
- Perform monthly financial review and analysis on an asset‐by‐asset basis
- Participate in strategic direction of assets as it relates to income optimization and expense control
- Evaluate market data to inform revenue management decisions
- Develop ad hoc excel models to examine operations efficiency or evaluate value‐add initiatives
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or similar field
- Strong quantitative, financial analysis and modeling skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
