The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and promoting our construction services. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, with a focus on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Marketing, Construction Management or related field).
- Minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the multifamily construction market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the multifamily construction sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are successfully executed.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
