We are seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Corporate Recruiter who can connect with top talent and inspire the next generation of professionals. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by focusing on full-cycle recruitment efforts and overseeing our university outreach initiatives, including career fairs and internship programs. This position requires a unique blend of recruiting expertise, interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with students and recent graduates. Experience in construction project management or engineering is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to connect with candidates in our industry. A teamwork approach to recruiting is essential, as this role also acts as an on-site support for our remote recruiter. This is an on-site role in our corporate office in Jacksonville, Florida.
Key Responsibilities :
Full-Cycle Recruitment :
- Source, screen and interview candidates for office, engineering, and field positions
- Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Leverage professional networks (both in person and via LinkedIn, etc) to promote job opportunities
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide regular updates and reports on recruiting efforts and placements
