Job Requirements:
- MA Registered Nurse (BSN)
- Pediatric or school-based nursing experience is highly desired
Task & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to students, tailored to their specific health needs
- Assist students with managing their chronic health conditions, ensuring they can fully participate in school activities
- Implement interventions and referrals to promote health and support educational success
- Advocate for the comprehensive well-being of students, addressing their physical, emotional, mental and social health needs
- Promote and lead health education initiatives for students and staff, contributing to a knowledgeable school community
- Provide expert oversight of school health services, enhancing the health and wellness culture within our school community
