What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Behavioral Interventionist position at The Stepping Stones Group?
Responsibilities:
· Assist in a 1:1 or classroom support caseload in a Special Education or General Education classroom
· Assist grades K through 12 and behaviors mild to severe
· Rotate caseloads on a weekly to monthly basis with weekly guaranteed hours (floater assignment).
· Assist with medically fragile individuals (hard of hearing, visually impaired, needing g-tube feeding, etc.)
· Assist with toileting and diapering per client needs
· Provide academic and behavioral support in a 1:1, 2:1, or classroom support caseload
Training:
· 4-hour online training in ABA basics

Qualifications:
· HS Diploma 60 college credits or higher required
· 1 year of ABA experience, classroom experience, and 2 years of Paraprofessional experience is required
·Reliable transport with ability to float caseloads required
· Experience working in a school setting required
· Must be open to assisting student with the bus
· No prior experience working at Bellflower USD through the district or another agency.
· Must be open to completing CPI training during onboarding with SSG
Preemployment Testing:

· TB test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
