We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician to work with our clinical team in providing high-quality services to students in our care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to students with autism and other developmental disabilities
* Collaborate with teachers and clinicians to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
* Collect and analyze data on student progress and outcomes
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress and needs
**Requirements:**
* Active RBT License required
* 2 years of experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities preferred
* Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
