Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Odessa, DE. As a Clinical Fellow, you will work alongside experienced Speech-Language Pathologists, providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments and therapy sessions to students
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct progress monitoring and data collection to inform treatment decisions
Requirements:
- Masters degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
- Experience working with children and/or adults with speech and language disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
