What are the responsibilities and job description for the Special Education Instructional Assistant position at The Stepping Stones Group?
Available Locations: Litchfield Elementary School District
Responsibilities:
· Assist students 1:1 or in a group within a classroom environment
· Work with student’s grade K – 12th
· Assist with various behavioral levels mild to severe
· Assist with toileting and diapering as needed
Training:
· Autism training
· 4-hour online training in ABA basics
Qualifications:
· HS Diploma 60 college credits or higher
· Previous special education experience
Preemployment Testing:
· Criminal background check & LiveScan
· TB test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location: In person
Salary : $18 - $20
