Summary
As a Paraprofessional, you will support teachers and enhance the learning experience for students, particularly those with special needs. Your core skills in classroom management and communication will be essential in fostering a positive learning environment. You will work closely with children, including those with disabilities, to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and assist in behavior management. Your premium skills in early childhood education and experience with diverse learning needs will further enrich the educational experience. Responsibilities:
- Assist students on a 1:1 or classroom aide basis within a classroom setting
- Work alongside lead teacher
- Implement individuals’ IEP
- Work with student’s grade K – 12th
- Assist with various behavioral levels mild to severe
- Assist with toileting and diapering as needed
Training:
- Autism training
- 4-hour online training in ABA basics

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or special needs population
- 1 year behaviors experience (required)
Preemployment Testing:
