The Stepping Stones Group is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Clinical Fellow Speech Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our dynamic team, working within the school setting. Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate CF-SLP to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders under the mentorship of our seasoned Speech-Language Pathologists. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with educators and other professionals to develop and implement effective speech therapy programs that meet the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans based on assessment results and student needs
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to integrate speech therapy into the educational program
• Document student progress and communicate with parents/guardians as needed

Requirements:

• Master's degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
• Experience working with children and/or adults with speech and language disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
