We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at The Sterling Choice. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for optimizing healthy snack production across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Standardize and optimize production processes
- Use data analysis to improve food safety, quality, and efficiency
- Partner with R&D to ensure formulations work within operational limits
- Run plant experiments, analyze data, and implement improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Create training materials and playbooks to upskill the workforce
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical, Biological, Mechanical, or Food Engineering (MS preferred)
- Hands-on experience with process engineering equipment and processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills
