The Yardi Systems Administrator is an experienced level position that will work as part of the IT team at the Sterling Organization corporate office in West Palm Beach to set up, manage, and troubleshoot the company’s Yardi ERP system and other related technology. The candidate will help ensure that all related services, such as access to the SaaS platform, application integrations, and VPN connectivity work properly at all times. This role serves as an integral part of the team and will function as the initial point of contact for Yardi requests for the IT and Sterling users. Responsibilities : Daily
- Serve as the primary Yardi administrator and liaison between Yardi, IT and Sterling users
- Serve as a primary point of contact for service requests and phone calls submitted to the helpdesk regarding Yardi access issues, troubleshooting and solving user problems like lockouts, access requests and error messages
- Prioritize incidents and service requests submitted to the helpdesk and escalate to the system administrator if necessary
- Submit and oversee tickets within Yardi Client Central for application issues, database restores, package installation, and other service requests as needed
- Serve as the Yardi subject matter expert, answering Yardi-related questions, providing advice and training to users
- Monitor all notifications on interfaces and take action as needed
- Oversee administration of Vendor Café and Commercial Café
- Scheduling and monitoring automated jobs within Yardi Voyager
- Manage daily Yardi backups including testing and verification

Administer Yardi systems app integrations, testing and onboarding new modules / upgradesAdd, remove and update user information and permissions within Yardi systems during onboarding, offboarding and when requestedWork closely with the departments to understand their processes, workflows and needs and ensure our technology and Yardi systems support their goalsWork with Yardi reps to maintain and restore databases as well as to load packages for fixesOversee change management program for all Yardi-related changesOversee project management program for all Yardi-related projectsBuild Menus and dashboards within Yardi VoyagerReview and create documentation for common user and admin, processes and problemsBuild and modify ad hoc YSR reports understanding how to create / edit SQL queriesEnsure all end user-related software is always up to dateResearch and recommend new and improved processes related to Yardi softwareUnderstand compliance controls and ensure compliant workflowsManage user licenses and permissions according to documented guidelinesWork with the Accounting department to create new GL accountsManage and maintain vendor contact informationCreating ETL templates for user efficiencyCreate email templates for email billingsParticipate in special projects as requiredAs Scheduled
Ensure proper permissions within Yardi during routine access auditsWork with the Accounting department to close monthly booksSpecific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
