The Stevens Motel, an 18-room property on North Atherton Street in State College, has an immediate opening for an Assistant General Manager. Shifts vary. The Assistant General Manager greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests; issues room keys to check-ins and receives room keys from check-outs; answers the phone; takes reservations; answers questions about hotel services; keeps records of room availability; computes guest bills; accepts payments and issues receipts; offers instructions each day to motel maids about which rooms to clean; and, washes and folds laundry. Requires a high school diploma or higher education. Experience in motel work using Cloudbeds software is not required but is preferred. The pay depends on experience but starts at $17.50 per hour.
