The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing Food service items, ensuring quality management, and maintaining effective supply chain operations. This role requires strong analytical skills . The Buyer will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory levels and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Creating Purchase orders and inventory control
- Creating price labels
- Will be dealing with customers with special orders
- Opening the store
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate effective communication and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in procurement
- Must be organized and have good commination skills
- Craft Purchase orders and inventory control
- Good computer skills
- Must have knowledge of foodservice items
- Detail-oriented mindset
