What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Kitchen Staff position at The Stonebridge Bar and Grill?
We are looking for individuals who are willing to be trained in all aspects of the restaurant and bar business.
This means we will train you how to bartend, be a server, and work in the kitchen depending on your shift. Many people just wish to be a server or just work in the kitchen, but we like the versatility of having our employees being able to be knowledgeable about the dishes if they are working in the front room or knowing what the servers expect if working in the kitchen.
