We are seeking multiple candidates for the role of Client Services Legal Specialist to support clients through the cancellation process with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Conduct client assessments to understand their needs and develop personalized case strategies.
- Manage case files, including documentation and correspondence.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as drafting documents, preparing mailings, and maintaining organized records.
- Collaborate with legal professionals and team members to achieve client objectives.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to punctuality and attendance, is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to work closely with a consumer protection attorney.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, telemarketing, case management, or a related field. Candidates will be provided with comprehensive training to succeed in the role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Google Docs and case management software is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
