Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. This role isessential in ensuring seamless execution of marketing, branding, and creative projects across multiple clients. The Project Manager will work closely with Brand Account Managers, creative teams, and clients to drive workflow efficiency, meet deadlines, and uphold the highest quality standards in project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of creative and marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Ensure clarity in project scope, goals, and roles by maintaining detailed project briefs and schedules.
Cross-Team Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Brand Account Managers and creative teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
- Facilitate collaboration among designers, writers, strategists, and production teams to maintain efficiency and cohesion.
- Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively problem-solve to keep projects on track. Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Support Brand Account Managers in managing client expectations, communication, and deliverable approvals.
- Provide regular updates on project status, addressing feedback and adjustments as needed.
- Ensure all client deliverables meet Storyhaus’ high standards for quality and strategic impact. Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Track project performance and identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation, including timelines, task lists, and budget tracking.
- Assist in post-project evaluations, gathering insights to refine future processes. Work Environment & Compensation:
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Salary ranging from $48K based on experience, with opportunities for growth.
- Hybrid work model with flexibility, but candidates must reside in the Pittsburgh area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-4 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing, creative, or agency setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality creative work. Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with branding, digital marketing, and content production workflows.
- Experience working with creative teams and understanding their processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Slack, Microsoft applications, and Creative Cloud.
