Front-of-House Managers ensure that each guest experiences exemplary service from the moment they arrive until their last farewell.

We are seeking an experienced Front-of-House Manager with experience in a full-service restaurant.

The Library is an exciting, stylish restaurant on the campus of Johns Hopkins / All Childrens Hospital in St. Petersburg. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and host a variety of special events.

Responsibilities include:

• Execute of all aspects of guest service
• Lead the front-of-house team by word and example
• Follow and enforce systems and standards for the front-of-house
• Demonstrate high standards and personal accountability

Skills required:

• 2-3 years front of house experience in a relevant high-volume establishment
• Prior experience in skills related to your position
• Teamwork and leadership

Physical Requirements of the Position: All managers will regularly stand, walk, talk, carry, bend, stoop, turn and lift in excess of fifty (50) pounds. Managers will also view a computer monitor and type/write on a regular basis; they must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
