Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000 - $40,000
Responsibilities include:
- Data entry for accounts payable
- Maintain and record company expenses
- Obtain invoice approvals from appropriate personnel
- Organize and maintain personnel files
- Draft memos and correspondence with company personnel as needed
- Assist with recordkeeping as needed
- General assistance with accounts receivable and human resources

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and general computer skills
- Ability to operate basic office equipment (computers, copiers, printers, etc.)
- Ability to exercise good judgement and apply common sense to carry out written and oral instructions
- Previous experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Previous data entry experience preferred
