Summary of Job:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the building and surrounding areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all employees, visitors, and customers.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and properly dispose of waste.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as theatre, lobbies, and entryways.
- Clean windows, glass, and mirrors.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including counters, and shelves.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions or need for repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or events as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good communication skills and ability to work independently. Must be dependable and punctual.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, REGISTRATIONS, OR LICENSURE
- Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle in the United States.
