Product Review Engineer 4 – Multiple Locations

Position Overview :
Seeking an experienced Product Review Engineer 4 to support commercial derivative airplane programs in San Antonio, TX . This role requires hands-on engineering in a fast-paced factory environment, partnering closely with production teams to resolve product and process issues. Ideal candidates are proactive problem-solvers who thrive in dynamic settings.
Shifts : Must be available for all shifts, including rotating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts and potential weekend / daily overtime.
Work Environment : Exposure to factory hazards , including stairs, high noise, chemical handling, and aircraft entry at various build stages.
Key Responsibilities :
- Resolve structural and electrical design non-conformances across the product lifecycle.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop interim / final engineering solutions.
- Support production troubleshooting and implement process improvements.
- Evaluate safety concerns and recommend solutions.
- Provide technical expertise for design reviews and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Develop repair and modification procedures , including jacking, shoring, and static strength analysis.
- Ensure supplier compliance with engineering standards.
- Lead on-site repair teams and accident investigations.
- Develop and implement non-destructive testing procedures .
- Deliver technical training for internal and external teams.
