- Seeking an experienced Shipside Operations Specialist to support our Operations team by coordinating and resolving emergent shipside issues.
- Coordinate activities across limited functions to address shipside issues and maintain operations.
- Assist team members with implementing strategies, updating tracking tools, and providing feedback.
- Communicate parts and materials status through automated and manual methods to ensure availability.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies with parts, materials, and tools to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Set priorities and expedite production activities to prevent delays.
- Work under general supervision.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with systems: Velocity, REDARS, PSDS, IVT.
- 3 years in manufacturing.
- 1 years in operations and root cause analysis.
- Project Management experience.
