Summary:
- Review and analyze system and software requirements to meet performance and testing standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop test strategies for software and hardware integration.
- Create and execute test plans, cases, and procedures for integration and system-level testing.
- Develop test scripts for robustness and failure injection.
- Utilize integrated Hardware-in-the-Loop simulators to test timing-critical interfaces.
- Report test results and identify risk areas.
Required Skills:
- B.S. in Aerospace, Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering Verification and Validation (V&V) models.
- Proficiency in Model-Based Simulation Software (Simulink).
- Experience with complex HW/SW integrated systems.
- Familiarity with:
- UAS or Autonomous Vehicles
- Navigation and Control Systems
- Ground or Airborne Mission Systems
- Aerospace Flight Control or Avionics Systems
- User/Ground Stations
Desired Skills:
- Experience in software development and verification.
- Expertise in Modeling and Simulation.
- Knowledge of Model-Based Design and Model-Based Testing.
- Proficiency with MathWorks Simulink/State flow Auto-Coder Toolchain.
- Understanding of Human-Machine Interaction (HMI).
