JOB TITLE : Avionics Bench Tech
LOCATION : Fort Walton Beach, FL
PAY RATE : $35-$43 / hour

Job Details :
Contract Length : 12 months (opportunity for extension)

Summary :
Assemble, disassemble, and modify aerospace systems by replacing or upgrading components to correct issues or implement changes.
Oversee assembly, disassembly, and overhauls. Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Perform validation and verification testing on systems and components.
Document procedures, test results, modifications, and inspections to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
Inspect components and verify repairs for flightworthiness.
Provide training and guidance as needed.
Required Skills :
4 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience (e.g., vocational school / Associate degree 2 years' related work).
High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge of aircraft wire assembly and termination procedures
Desired Skills :
Familiarity with manufacturing processes
Soldering qualifications
