JOB TITLE : Manufacturing Engineer
LOCATION : Liverpool, NY
PAY RATE : $40 / hour

Summary :
Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and layouts for assembly, machining, and material handling.
Develop and optimize production sequences to improve efficiency and product performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; must be a self-starter with strong initiative.
Adapt machine / equipment design to factory conditions and production needs.
Ensure compliance with regulations and incorporate inspection / test requirements into production plans.
Evaluate machinery and equipment performance, initiating corrective actions as needed.
Provide engineering guidance on design concepts to maximize manufacturing efficiency.
Lean Manufacturing / Green Belt experience preferred.
Required Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of industrial experience; 2-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
