JOB TITLE : Materials Coordinator

LOCATION : Marysville WA

PAY RATE : $20$30 / hour

Job Details :

Contract Length : 6 months (opportunity for extension)

Summary :

Manage parts and materials for aircraft interior manufacturing and installation.

This role ensures timely delivery organizes materials and supports collaboration between Planning Stores and Modification teams.

Coordinate material delivery and prioritize parts kits for technicians.

Organize materials on the shop floor and maintain kit cleanliness.

Manage floor stock support shortage fulfillment and participate in parts status meetings.

Address material discrepancies and assist with urgent requirements (AOG / engineering revisions).

Handle material pickups and deliveries as needed.

Contribute to material management reporting and maintain a positive safe work environment.

Required Skills :

High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years experience.

Must be willing to operate a forklift .

Valid drivers license and the ability to drive a company vehicle between Marysville and Moses Lake WA.

Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Strong communication time management and problemsolving skills.

Ability to read blueprints invoices and safety documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. (100 lbs. with assistance) and working in various positions.

Adaptability communication dependability teamwork and initiative.

Commitment to safety customer service and work quality.

Travel and flexible hours as needed.

Desired Skills :

Aerospace industry experience preferred.

Familiarity with aerospace components preferred.
