JOB TITLE : Product Review Engineer III Liaison

Summary :
Support production in a hands-on role, making prompt engineering decisions and collaborating closely with production personnel to bring designs to life.
Analyze and resolve production non-conformances, conducting root cause analysis.
Apply design principles to assess and resolve product / process issues.
Research technical, operational, and quality issues to execute final engineering solutions.
Identify and communicate deviations impacting design intent and safety.
Develop and implement product / process improvements.
Support Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and participate in design reviews.
Ensure supplier and build partner compliance with Boeing standards.
Develop customer correspondence for safe operation and maintenance.
Participate in on-site repair teams, accident investigations, and support teams.
Analyze damage repair and structural modifications to ensure safety.
Design interim structural repairs and perform static strength analysis.
Develop non-destructive test procedures, tools, and standards.
Fully onsite role in a factory environment with exposure to noise, trip hazards, chemicals, and in-progress aircraft builds.
Involves a 9-month Training Rotation Program, which may include shift changes, weekend work, and travel.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited or equivalent).
5 years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering.
5 years of prior Material Review Board (MRB) experience.
Must meet Export Control compliance as a U.S. Person (Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).
Shift & Travel :
Role covers multiple shifts, including first, second, and third shift.
May require weekend work, daily overtime, and occasional travel.
