Job Details:
Contract Length: 12 months (opportunity for extension)

Summary:
Lead investigations of product discrepancies, drive root cause and corrective actions.
Reduce Scrap, Rework, and Repair (SRR) and customer quality escapes.
Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and Procurement on quality issues.
Support product safety and EH&S initiatives.
Required Skills:
3 years in manufacturing.
Self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Proven experience in root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Effective communicator, skilled in preparing and delivering clear communications to all organizational levels.
Root cause analysis and corrective action experience.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
Experience with ISO 9001/AS9100.
5-10 years of experience in root cause analysis, mistake proofing, and project management in manufacturing.
