JOB TITLE : Retail Sales Specialist

Summary :
Open and close the store
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through top-tier service
Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
Respond to customer and stakeholder emails and inquiries
Process POS transactions and merchandise returns
Manage freight and inter-store markdown transfers
Maintain organized stockroom and prepare store inventory
Prepare and process customer orders
Assist in identifying and resolving customer needs
Required Skills :
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent education / experience)
1 year of related work experience (or equivalent)
