What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Receptionist position at The Studio School?
The Studio School is looking for a highly organized, self-motivated Receptionist to join our team. More than a traditional Receptionist, you will be at the center of activity of our school, greeting all students and staff, connecting guests, and directing the workflow of our lobby. As the first person people meet, you are friendly and poised, and have an eye for safety and security. You are essential to the day-to-day administrative operations - answering phones, logging data, filing, copying, creating and formatting documents, and helping our senior Administrative team. The position requires flexibility and a willingness to help any Staff member, and grow your professional and personal skills beyond the traditional duties of a Receptionist.
