Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Unit Secretary:
- Previous Experience as a Unit Secretary preferred
- Long term care expeirence preffered
- 1-3 months previous working experience, customer service
- Legible penmanship
- Knowledge of medical symbols, abbreviations and terminology
- Multi-line telephone operation
- PCC Point Click Care experience
- Fax, email capabilities
- Answering phones, transfer calls, relay messagesV
