About the Role
As a Restoration Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing restoration projects from start to finish—coordinating resources, overseeing budgets and schedules, working with insurance adjusters, and ensuring all work meets industry standards. This role requires a hands-on, solution-oriented approach and the ability to lead teams while navigating high-pressure situations with clients experiencing a crisis.
Core Experience & Qualifications
✅ Proven Experience in restoration project management
✅ Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
✅ Hands-on experience with restoration techniques
✅ Experience working with insurance adjusters & Third Party Administrators (TPAs)
Software Experience
✔ Xactimate (Required)
✔ Microsoft Office Suite
✔ Experience with CRM and restoration software (Preferred)
Desired Certifications (Not Required, But a Plus!)
🔹 IICRC Certifications:
- Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
- Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
- Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)

Documentation & Reporting
📌 Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all estimates, inspections, and communications

📌 Stay up to date with industry best practices and pricing

🚗 Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
⏰ Flexible availability for emergency response
🏗 Physical capability to perform restoration tasks
🏠 Strong knowledge of construction and restoration processes, materials, and techniques
📑 Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Compensation
Total compensation ranges from $75-85k that includes base pay and bonuses.
Additional benefits include: Health insurance, 401k 4% match, life insurance, PTO, continuing education, etc.
