- You’re a creative thinker who loves a good challenge and knows how to turn “no” into “let’s make it happen.”
- Whether it’s over the phone, in person, or via email, your words make an impact. You enjoy connecting with others and knowing that you're making a difference.
- You appreciate collaborating with others but are equally comfortable flying solo and taking ownership of your goals.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or educational environments, with a proven record of crushing goals and meeting deadlines.
Additional Details & Responsibilities:
- Tech-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365. Bonus points if you’ve worked with lead management or CRM systems.
- You’re adaptable and ready to meet students on their terms, whether that means working days, evenings or weekends.
- Help bring our recruitment events to life! From open houses and scholarship days to summer camps and orientation activities, you want to play a key role in making them a success.
- Some local travel may be required.
