We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! Class B, Low-turnover, 100-unit complex looking for full-time apartment manager. Seeking high-energy, dependable individual that is able to multi-task. Must have strong communication skills.
About This Property:
- Located in downtown Jenks near shopping and retail.
- High demand area with high occupancy.
- Focus on tenant satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain high occupancy
-All aspects of leasing, including showing apartments and generating leases for prospective tenants
-Supervise maintenance staff and work delegation
-Resolve resident issues and provide friendly customer service
-Handle all marketing of the property
-Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Qualifications:
-Strong work ethic and dependability is required.
-Minimum 1 year experience in multifamily management required
-Experience with appfolio or other rental software is preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
