We want you to join our growing team as an Account Executive! Working in Outside Sales, you will play a key role in our sales strategy, creating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients. This is an opportunity with an uncapped commission structure – your results determine your rewards.
Key Responsibilities of the Account Executive:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction and repeat business.
- Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Offer tailored staffing solutions that address client needs and challenges.
Qualifications for the Account Executive:
- Ideally 1-5 years in sales (or a related field), preferably in the staffing, business services, or HR industry.
- Clients’ love working with you because you genuinely care, listen, and go the extra mile.
- You don’t just talk about closing deals; you do it. And you do it with integrity.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
