We have an immediate opportunity for a Full Cycle Recruiter.
The Full Cycle Recruiter will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the position
- Engage with potential new clients to grow their book of business
- Nurture current client relationships to create new opportunities
The Full Cycle Recruiter must have the following experience:
- At least two years’ experience with business development
- At least two years’ experience recruiting
- Experience sourcing candidates from a wide range of sources
- The ability to build strong client and candidate relationships
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
