Duties
- Support and advise the board of directors in carrying out the business of their community.
- Prepare budgets, write RFPs, and manage community vendors.
- Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate board and membership meetings
- Conduct monthly drive-throughs of communities inspecting for maintenance and enforcement needs.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Excel is desirable.
