JOB SUMMARY:
The Graphic Designer will specialize in branding and packaging. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, and possess a keen eye for detail. Keep up-to-date with the latest packaging and design trends and create compelling packaging, collateral, web banners, and style/brand guides. They will work on projects under Senior Graphic Designers and an Art Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*A successful Graphic Artist Designer satisfactorily performs these general categories of duties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in developing and executing innovative branding and packaging designs for beauty, health, and wellness products
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure designs are cutting-edge and relevant
- Assist in creating comprehensive brand guides that articulate brand identity, tone, and visual elements
- Work on design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within established timelines.
- Adhere to existing brand guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with your team
- Accept guidance and direction from senior designers and art director to foster your growth and development.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or graphic design training
- Proven experience (3 years) working as a graphic designer preferably in the beauty, health, or wellness industries
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding and packaging design projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in design work
- Experience leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with beauty, health, and wellness brands
- Knowledge of printing processes and packaging materials
- Understanding of brand strategy and consumer behavior
- Rendering abilities
- Light Retouching
- Photography skills a plus
- Illustration skills a plus
- Working knowledge of Figma a plus
