JOB SUMMARY
The Treasury Manager oversees daily global treasury operations, ensuring the company meets its financial obligations efficiently. This role manages daily cash reporting, forecasting, credit administration, lender compliance, and debt facility modeling. Additionally, the Treasury Manager leads the implementation and maintenance of the HSBC cash management platform, optimizes cash allocation, and maintains investment records.
A key responsibility is developing and enforcing treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls aligned with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
As a hands-on leader, the Treasury Manager is a strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills. This role also includes supervising and mentoring a Treasury Analyst, fostering a high-performing team environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Treasury Manager exercises significant discretion and independent judgment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global A&F leaders, Finance Managers, banks, and lenders.
- Support daily cash needs across all company entities.
- Streamline banking structures by minimizing bank accounts and relationships.
- Lead the design and implementation of the HSBC cash management platform.
- Oversee and automate cash forecasting.
- Prepare required reports for global lenders.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Undergraduate degree required
Skills and Abilities
- Minimum 2 years of in-house corporate treasury experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
- Proficient in tracking cash accounts and deposits.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, including data entry and mathematical aptitude.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Approachable team player with outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a focus on continuous improvement.
