We're looking for a Construction Scalehouse Operator to manage the weighing of trucks and materials entering and leaving our site. This role is essential for keeping accurate records, ensuring compliance, and maintaining smooth operations.
What You'll Do:
Weigh Trucks: Operate scales to accurately weigh trucks transporting materials.
Record Keeping: Log weights, materials, and vehicle details accurately into tracking systems.
Ticketing: Generate and maintain weight tickets for all transactions.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with drivers, contractors, and site personnel to ensure efficient operations.
Compliance: Ensure all vehicles and materials meet safety and policy standards.
Inventory Control: Track materials and provide regular reports to management.
Equipment Monitoring: Maintain scales and equipment, reporting issues promptly.
Safety Protocols: Promote safety practices within the scalehouse and surrounding areas.
What We're Looking For:
