The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking an After-School & Summer Camp Teacher for our top-rated preschool in Greenwood located at 1104 Grace Street. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!
Pay rate: $14 to $17 per hour, based on experience & education.
Pay rate is determined by relevant education and experience. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience will be paid at the lower end of the range. Candidates with EDU 119 to an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may be paid at the higher end of the range.

Position Available At:
- Sunshine House of Greenwood on Grace Street 29649
- Establish and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
- Support each child's social and emotional development
- Establish positive and effective family relations
- Share with families the important milestones in a child's day using our app
- Pick up children from elementary schools and transport to center in a small bus
- Plan outdoor activities or sports for groups of campers
- Lead recreational and educational activities, such as swimming or crafting
- Educate campers through games and explorations
- Make sure all safety rules are followed
- Safely transport children to/from field trip in small bus
- Must be at least 21-years-old with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 6 months of experience working in licensed childcare required
- ECD 101 or coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
