Compensation & Pay Range:
$12-$20 per hour
Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. Regular increases are considered with additional education, stellar performance, and years of service.

- Toddler Teacher
- Early Preschool / Explorer Teacher
- Preschool Teacher
- School-Age Teacher / After-School Teacher

- Passion for working with young children
- Lead Teacher: Minimum of a CDA required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or related field preferred
- Assistant Teacher: High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 6 months of experience working in licensed childcare preferred
- Ability to pass background checks & health assessments
