Salary: $12-$20 per hour
The rate of pay for this position will be determined based on a combination of the following factors: the specific role, candidate's relevant education, qualifying experience, and credentials/certifications. For example, candidates with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may qualify for a rate toward the top end of this range. Candidates with limited experience and education may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience may be paid towards the lower end of the scale.

Teacher Responsibilities:
- Implement our award-winning curriculum to meet each child's unique learning style
- Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Document and share with families the important milestones in a child's day using our app
- Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development
- Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
- Minimum of a CDA required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education or related field preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
