Pay rate of $12-$17 per hour
Final pay rate is based on a combination of the following factors: specific role, candidate's relevant education, qualifying experience, and credentials/certifications. For example, candidates with a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may qualify for a rate toward the top end of this range. Candidates with limited experience and education may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience may be paid towards the lower end of the scale.

- Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development
- Lead Teacher: Minimum of a CDA required.
- Assistant Teacher: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience working in licensed childcare preferred.
- Successful state background checks and health assessments.
