Assistant Teacher Responsibilities:
- Help implement the Georgia Pre-K curriculum to prepare our children for success in kindergarten
- Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Assist the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans and instructing children in age-appropriate activities, according to the Georgia Pre-K curriculum
- Welcome families and engage them in conversation about their child's education and development.
- Have fun and work as part of a supportive team!
- Minimum of a CDA/TCC required.
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Six months of experience as a teacher in licensed childcare preferred.
