Pay rate: $15-$19 per hour
Pay rate is determined by relevant education and experience. Candidates with a high school diploma and limited experience will be paid at the lower end of the range. Candidates with EDU 119 to an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field may be paid mid-range. Candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field and applicable experience may be paid at the higher end of the range.

Teacher Responsibilities:
- Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets children's learning styles
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Document and share with families the important milestones in a child's day using our app
- Have fun!
- EDU 119, NCECC, or a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required or currently pursuing
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a teacher at a licensed childcare center required
